The toxins and impurities that cause acne can be easily cured by Fenugreek, thats why its great for clearing out blackheads!
Fenugreek seeds have excellent medicinal values. Fenugreek leaves are
aromatic, cooling and mild laxative. Seeds give soothing effect to the
skin and subside swelling and pain. They relieve water retention,
flatulence and promote lactation in nursing mothers. Fenugreek is known
as best cleansers. Fenugreek contains protein, vitamin c, niacin,
potassium, fiber, calcium, phosphorous, carotene, thiamine, riboflavin
and niacin. The seeds contain alkaloid trigonelline and choline,
essential oil and saponin. Trigonelline has highly toxic action on
neuromuscular preparations. The seeds also contain fixed and volatile
oil, mucilage, bitter extractive and a yellow coloring substance.
Fenugreek seed is widely used as a galactagogue (milk producing agent) by nursing mothers to increase inadequate breast milk supply.
How-to:
Use fenugreek powder or if you have seeds , you want to grind it up into a
fine powder. Once you have it in powder form, youll want to add some
warm water to it and mix it into a paste. Make sure you dont add too
much water, because you want it to be a paste like consistency. Apply the fenugreek mixture on your face where you need
it, usually where blackheads are or where you tend to get acne/have
acne.
Try and keep the layer thin. You want to keep it on for about 20
minutes and then wash off with room temperature water or if you want
really great benefits, wash your face then apply the mixture all over,
or wherever you get blackheads or acne and sleep with it over night.
Wash it off with room temperature water the next morning.
Using it over night works WONDERS! Try it out!

Winter Care
Winter is a time when hair needs more attention. My secret to a healthy hair is conditioning so the product which I love to death is coconut oil.
Coconut oil is extensively used in the Indian sub-continent for hair care. Most of the people in these countries apply coconut oil on their hair daily after bath. It is an excellent conditioner and helps in the re-growth of damaged hair.
Coconut oil is used for weight loss and even for skin care It acts as an effective moisturizer on all types of skins including dry skin
Aquaphor Healing Ointment,Amlactin,Cortaid Intensive Therapy Moisturizing Cream are over-the-counter products not only look and sound medicinal but also are effective for treating dry skin
One of the biggest problems during winter are chapped lips. Use a lip balm with at least SPF 15 and preferably one with antiseptic agents to aid in healing. Some lip balm products are made with tea tree oil, which helps heal painful cracks.
Your hands, feet, knees and elbows need to be looked after too, during winter. Use products containing shea butter, petrolatum, mineral oil, tea tree oil or glycerin. For intense relief, moisturise hands and feet at night, and then slip on gloves or socks to lock in the moisture
You can use coconut oil for cooking too
I would suggest you to use organic coconut oil.
one should style their hair with a braid, twist or a knot
Using scarf to cover hair with a silk scarf so that you look cool and stylish
